Things are certainly changing with the current economy issues, but historically there have been very few bargains in cruises over the Christmas holidays, and no deep discounts. And the ships seem to be sold out very quickly, too. You can find pretty good deals in cruises just before and just after Christmas, but generally not during Christmas itself. However, things are indeed changing, so why not meet with a travel agent?

The key is that track cruise deals tend to be announced with limited capacity which can fill up quickly so you keep on top of them you keep on top of them fairly.

i dont think you can find a 4-5 day cruise for less than that. Maybe a 2-4 day cruise with resident rate. I looked into going on a cruise last summer and it was a lot cheaper in the mid to end of august and beginning of september (this was for a 3 day cruise to mexico from california…it was $209 per person) Also, the distance is kind of far. You might find something cheaper if your destination was bahamas or the caribbeans or something
